SauceRater.com
Hans is a buddy of Pete's who has taken the time to create an impartial third party hot sauce rating forum. He also shares our passion for growing the pepper before you put it in the bottle. Through the years many corporate giants have attempted to persuade him with the use of bribes, extortion or dancing girls but he has always stuck to his guns. Some say he may have suffered consequences but the gang over at the hydromountain salute his rugged individualism.Keep up the good work, Hans!

ChileChick.nl
ChileChick's name is Dewi and she lives in the Netherlands together with her boyfriend Emile and their son Marcello and two cats, Pepsi and Joplin.

Her hobby has everything to do with chile peppers. She grows them, eats them and sometimes even dreams about them. She also collects anything that is chile related, but her real passion is in growing them. Most of Dewi's chile seeds are obtained from the kind people of the Chilehead list which she is also a member of. It's an Internet list that is all about chiles. From growing to eating and beyond. The people are from all over the world with one thing in common, the passion for chile peppers.

Dewi's reason for making this site is to share her passion for chiles with the rest of the world. She wants to show you pictures of chiles and how I grow them the low-tech way (see picture 'The Beginning' in gallery 2000) according to Mr. Rob Pieters, my fellow countryman and friend. (thanks for the tips) And to show everyone that it IS possible to grow chiles in Northern Europe.

Fatalii's Chiles
Very possibly THE best site on the web for growing home-grown hot chile peppers! This fantastic site originates from the cold climes of Finland, has compreshensive information... varietal, growing methods (soil and soilless), reproductive, breeding, and best of all, it's all provided in easy-to-understand terms by a serious backyard chile hobbyist who likes to take pictures of his efforts (lots of pictures). With all of it's excellent information, though, the very best section of this web site is called Fiery Faces, which consists of literally hundreds of facial reactions to the pain and pleasure of consuming the hottest of hot chile peppers.

Chile Pepper Institute
From the New Mexico State University, this web site id devoted to educating the world about chiles.

Pepper World
Das Schärfste aus der Welt der Chili Peppers. If you're from Deutschland (that's Germany to the rest of us), or you have a friend that understands the German language, this is the pepper site for you. I only wish they published in English.
